seeking pre trial deversion accept plea of guilt for 0.9 bac dui but plead not guilty for possession of a tramadol controlled substance. I requested a drug screen to prove I didn't take drugs. They said wasn't necessary because It wss being logged but not charged for but at my initial hearing it showed they wanting me to plea guitar of both. Never been in any trouble whatsoever and I'm almost 37 years of age. They want me to plea guilty to both but I'm not guilty of the tramadol in my pocket but I did blow.w 0.9 and received undangered dui charge that I will plea guilty of. I am drugged screened often and regularly by both of my doctors and reports will show 100% never failed at all. Sometimes two appointments a month for both primary care physician and psychiatrist and records will reveal I've never test positive for anything other than what I'm prescribed. Would never
