A few years ago, I had an issue with another tenant at my apartment complex. I reported the situation to the leasing office, but they failed to take any action. After that, I went to the police and informed the leasing office that I planned to take legal action. In response, they said their lawyers would come after me, and those lawyers later threatened me with an eviction notice and told me to move out. I proceeded to take the leasing office to court and ultimately won the case, receiving a $3,500 settlement for the remaining two months of rent. When I first tried to explain my side, they refused to listen, so I’m glad their poor reviews reflect how they treat tenants. This apartment complex and their law office are both terrible.
