I found Ms. Pickett to be very confrontational, rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. She even hung up the phone on me when I questioned a set of instructions she gave me. I was completely shocked by her behavior. Ms. Pickett was very biased and very opinionated.
Lawyers as well as the receptionists that pick up the phone when you call are extremely rude. If I were you, take your business elsewhere.
