Hired Attorney

My case had a total of 10 charges, amounting in $1570 in fines, my second DUI, a DWI, & possible weekends in jail. I researched a good bit before making my decision on Mr. Stamm, and based it off of others' reviews, the fact that he wrote a book specifically on Maryland DUI Law, and that one year he was selected as the "Best DUI/DWI Defense Lawyer of the Year". He got my entire DUI/DWI dropped, including all other charges. I walked away with PBJ negligent driving & a $170 fine. HE IS THE BEST.

Hired Attorney

Mr. Stamm is the best lawyer in this area. He is extremely knowledgeable I have needed his legal representation on two separate occasions. Both times he was extremely helpful, not judgemental, and professional. He understands that sometimes people make mistakes. He truly cares for his clients and he always attempts to get the best outcome. In my case he was able to get me a pbj on my first and a not guilty verdict on my second. Thank you sir I owe two, and trust me there will never be a third.

Hired Attorney

I ended up being convicted on 15 out 18 charges in District Court while being represented by Leonard Stamm. He tried my case in front of Judge Cornelius Vaughey where I received close to the maximum sentenced certainly above the average in Montgomery County MD for 2nd offense DUIs. This was in addition to the 30 days spent in an inpatient program that Mr. Stamm strongly recommended. Mr. Stamm is knowledgeable about DUI law but did not care about the outcome of the case and made no effort.
