I can’t even explain the work Michael Stamm did for me. The knowledge and dedication he possess is what’s needed to undue the wrong doing of the justice system. I was facing a false two attempted murder/gun case that the commissioner office signed off on and pre-trail agreed with. Seemed as if they were out to get me for no apparent reason. When you are arrested for a DWI everything gets instense; REAL QUICK! Michael Stamm showed his experience by keeping me calm. He provided me with every contact and piece of information I needed to save my license, discuss my drinking habit, learn about the impact of DWIs, etc. I was definitely prepared for trial. And by the way - The case was dismissed!!
My case had a total of 10 charges, amounting in $1570 in fines, my second DUI, a DWI, & possible weekends in jail. VA. I tried, unsuccessfully, to get canceled a bogus 15 year old penalty case issued by the MVA for a vehicle registration issue. Lenny Stamm advocated on my behalf with the MVA and figured out the right things to say. We won and the case, penalty and collection action were canceled.

I ended up being convicted on 15 out 18 charges in District Court while being represented by Leonard Stamm. He tried my case in front of Judge Cornelius Vaughey where I received close to the maximum sentenced certainly above the average in Montgomery County MD for 2nd offense DUIs. This was in addition to the 30 days spent in an inpatient program that Mr. Stamm strongly recommended. Mr. Stamm is knowledgeable about DUI law but did not care about the outcome of the case and made no effort.
Terrible Attorney didn't care about what happened in my case and got me in front of the worst possible judge for the actual trial after postponing the case in front of other judges for 2 years. I would've without a doubt done better with a public defender. Hiring Stamm caused me maximum damages in my case.
