Hired Attorney

Brett Weiss is the only lawyer out of dozens I contacted that reassured he could help me with my bankruptcy case. I am a U.S. civilian employee overseas and needed to file bankruptcy and Mr. Weiss was the only lawyer that had the expertise to make it possible. I highly recommend Mr. Weiss.

My experience working with Mr. Brett Weiss in handling my bankruptcy filing was outstanding. I was very nervous not knowing what to expect, since I had never filed. Mr. Weiss made me feel very comfortable, as he explained step by step what to expect; and his reassurance that I would come out on top calmed my fears. Mr. Weiss is accessible and makes himself available to answer any concerns or questions you may have. From the first meeting with him to the last meeting before the Trustee, Mr. Weiss is with you. There aren't any surprises! I cannot express strongly enough that choosing Mr. Weiss as your counsel is the best decision you could make. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable in the bankruptcy arena. Mr. Weiss' expertise is difficult to match. He is worth every dime--and more!
