Nicholas Vanatta was working for Stulken & Tynskey in Green River Wyoming when I had the misfortune of encountering him. I found myself in trouble for a misdemeanor offense. Mr Vanatta was my assigned public defender. He told me from the word go “not to worry about checking in” each Monday, as had been ordered by the judge. It was pretty evident from his overall demeanor he had absolutely zero interest in providing me quality counsel. It was very difficult to get a return phone call from him and he almost never had anything positive or productive to report. During the worst time in my life, I felt like my own legal representative was another obstacle to overcome. I suppose it all comes down to you get what you pay for, you skimp on legal services and you’re going to get unmotivated, apathetic representation. My personal belief is that those who can’t be trusted with the small things, don’t deserve to be trusted with the big things. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Didn't do much for me in 19 months. Had to fire him. Not worth the money and did not send me all my paper work back.
