Heather Richmond is my niece's attorney for a custody battle. We have paid her over $10,000 for absolutely NOTHING! They had a hearing this morning, and once again Heather didn't bother to show up for it until the last 5 min, and then did NOTHING to help my niece. She does not respond to phone calls, emails, texts, etc. She leaves her clients constantly not knowing, at all, as to what is happening with their cases. She talks BIG, and makes you believe that she is going to "take them down", and that your will ALWAYS come out on top. Just like she did once again today. She is the MOST UNRELIABLE attorney in Green Bay. DO NOT HIRE HER!
Attorney Heather Richmond was my child's fathers attorney for his child support contempt case. She was an absolute embarrassment in court, clearly had no idea what she was doing. Repeatedly did not send in documents child support attorneys asked for. She even said his name wrong at one point. All while doing this for free because his girlfriend works for her. Needless to say he is now in jail and I would highly recommend never using her for family law.
