I called Shane's office just looking for advice since I was new to the whole court process. He answered my questions and told me that in his professional opinion, that I did not need a lawyer at the moment, and didnt even charge me for the advice and all the questions I had. If it turns out further down the road that I do need an attorney, I will be going back to him!

Pretty darn good attorney to be completely honest. Hard worker to, this attorney is highly sought after, spends all day in court litigating and leaves no stone unturned. Communication is top knotch as well as diligence.

This attorney really is a professional, there is no doubt about it, there is no part of the legal court room process that this attorney does not understand, he is thorough when it comes to the legal process, he understands it at the highest levels. This attorney is an experienced professional in every way possible with a higher aptitude and intellect than many other criminal defense attorneys.

Highly Recommend! This was the first time I had ever gotten in in trouble with the Law and Mr. Brabazon not only listened to my side of the story, but was very patient with my million and one questions that I asked him throughout the 8 months we worked together. He explained everything clearly and I always knew what to expect with every court date. He explained to me how my life could be affected with the charges that I had when he did not have to do that. He was very empathetic and I always felt like he cared about me as a human being and not just a source of income for him. I would have Mr. Brabazon represent me all over again if I had to. With the justice system the way it is I was afraid that it would not go my way, but I had nothing to worry about! Mr. Brabazon is a VERY good lawyer and he was with every penny!

I highly recommend Brabazon Law office. My son had an OWI first offense and was told he needed to have the breath tester in his car. He had many registered to him that were no longer around as they were scraped so we needed help getting them removed. Brabazon Law offices dug into the matter farther than I expected and found out he didn't even need the breath tester. We couldn't be more pleased with our service and results. If I ever need an attorney again this is who we are going with.

In 2018, a family member was charged with something that occurred 2 years prior, facing 7 years prison. We searched for a lawyer. In the beginning, several other lawyers were very vague with us unless we paid for consultation. I contacted Brabazon Law Office. James Foote was very accomodating. He answered so many questions and referred us to Shane. Shane Brabazon listened, and I mean he really listened. He took the time to explain processes to us on a normal level. We felt calm and confident that regardless of the turnout of the case, Shane was going to do his best. We also got the best possible outcome, the case was dismissed.
