Getting answers via communication was very difficult. He is a busy attorney but quite often I did not get returned calls. I think he knew what he needed to respond too and in the end of a very difficult divorce, I got what I wanted and what I was told. Being a customer that needed answers, that was very difficult for me not to have the communication. I understand I was not his only client - but I felt for what I was charged, I didn't have the communication along the way I needed.
