I found out 3 months later (because Mr. Love never told me he was a no show in court) from the clerk of Westchester County Court that my personal injury court claim (as plaintiff with permanent spinal injuries since 1/2003) was lost by default because my attorney, David Love, of counsel, or the attorney he sent (I don’t know who) from NYC to White Plains was a NO SHOW!! therefore I lost my PI case by default due to his legal malpractice of NO SHOW. I lost a great deal of money due to this loss and years later I am still paying for it, my disabilities are worse, he got paid $7,000 from my car insurance, and I got stuck paying all the bills. What a disappointment!
