My original attorney left the firm but no one contacted me. I finally hired another attorney but finally got a call and stayed with Levine. However, he was not willing to do the work I needed so I fired him.
The other lawyers at this firm are good but do not hire Barbara Bell. I'm guessing the high peer rating is because she's more interested in maintaining a reputation and serving herself than she is in working for her clients. She'll tell you one thing and then do another and she'll miss deadlines that will cost you and run up the bill because it isn't convenient for her. You want a lawyer on your side. Not someone who lies to you and in some cases actively harms your case.
