When we first met laura she seemed like she would be able to help us with my dad’s estate but as we got going she didn’t seem to know the law and she just kept stating that “that’s the law” on any issue she didn’t want to deal with. Laura didn’t show any compassion or empathy to my family as we were struggling with the death of a loved one. She didn’t fight for us at all! We felt like she was afraid of the opposing lawyer and took the easier way out. I definitely would not recommend her under any circumstances.
I wish I could give her a 0 star review, 1 star is being to nice. She doesn't have your best interests and doesn't care for you. She is money hungry, that's it. I wouldn't waste my time with her because she will waste your time. She is the worst lawyer and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
Laura Walker seems to not have her client’s best interest in mind when representing them. She did not inform us of all of our rights and we had to do our own due diligence to inform ourselves of the laws surrounding our probate case. She was a bully and threatening towards her own client. It felt like she was working for the opposing side and herself, not representing her client’s best interest at all. We would 100% not recommend Laura Walker for any legal matter unless you want to lose. After reviewing Montana State Law myself, I have realized that she acted in an unethical way numerous times during our case and will be reported accordingly.
