Complete worthless Attorney. A complete failure in child investigations. The mother of my children has an extensive criminal history with child endangerments, child, abuse, child, neglect, medical neglect, the list goes on. I have a speeding ticket and Audra recommended suspending my parental rights to protect the courtroom, politics and title IV – D funding the state of Kansas receives. Ex parte communication with the sitting judge behind closed doors in my parents saw it firsthand. Audra Asher misrepresented the courts and stated she reviewed the DCF files, and there are no DCF files. Paternity has never been established in my family law case and there is no order adjudicating paternity. Audra failed and issued a recommendation that is void in the matter of law. Do not hire this attorney. In my opinion, I don’t think she likes men either.
