There is no better option than Lauren and her team as a first time home buyer, or as any home buyer for that matter! I will use her for all my future purchases and would recommend her to anyone that’ll listen! Lauren’s no BS attitude combined with her vast knowledge-base made for the perfect combination during my home buying process. I had so much anxiety because I knew so little about the process as a first time buyer, but Lauren (and Valery) were there every step of the way to keep me informed and at ease. There were multiple issues on the seller’s side throughout our process and she handled them all seamlessly and quickly. Her ability to communicate so well with my lender also made so that things were being handled for me behind the scenes before I even knew about them! I am so extremely grateful that my realtor had Lauren on my team and look forward to all my purchases with her to come!

Lauren Alexander is a very positive individual with high energy and knowledge. She went to war for me not for the art of a fight, but because it was fair and did not charge me more for her efforts. She honored her flat fee, and did not agree to accept more when I offered. She was stand up for me so I am here to stand up for her.

We bought a plan through my husband’s employer and chose this firm to prepare to prepare our estate planning. We sent over all the information in December of last year. I was assured multiple time that the documents would be ready prior to my husband’s retirement. Now that day is upon us and nothing whatsoever was done. I would not recommend this firm at all!!! We will also notify my husband’s employer to let them know of this disservice.
