If you want a lawyer that is aggressive, then this one is for you. However, don't confuse aggressiveness for skill; Charles Rapin (how in the world he hasn't changed his name by now is beyond me) will show up and do the cursory work that is expected a lawyer, however, he seems to take a "cookie cutter" approach to all cases. Frequently his tactics seem to align with whatever is best to prolong the case at the expense of everything. I guess the old adage "you get what you pay for" is certainly true in his case; he charges roughly $100 an hour, however, his bills always seem rather high for that rate, and with no detailed billing or explanation as to how the hours racked up that high. That being said, if you are on a budget, then he is probably your only option, however, don't expect much out of him, and certainly don't expect him to ever return any of your phone calls.
