Having worked with attorneys in large firms, I appreciated the attention he and his staff paid to me and my business rather than billable hours. His work is accurate and timely as well as appropriate. He is easy to work with.
I Highly recommend John. He is really great to work with and very knowledgeable
My sister and I were tasked with taking care of some estate matters for our ailing father. We were very excited that Mr. Greuner came into his office on the Friday after Christmas especially to meet with us because we are on a very tight timeline to get his affairs in order. He seemed fairly knowledgeable but needed to do some more research on several of the items that we discussed and he ensured us that he would email us with his findings. He also recommended that we hire him to complete a more effective power of attorney for us. {para}We never received the follow up email after our appointment and despite several calls, messages with his secretary and voicemails on his personal cell phone he never contacted us back. We are in a very tight spot because he has been completely unreliable. I was very disappointed with his behavior after our initial meeting because we relied on him and paid him $200 for an initial consultation (which we never received the results of).
After our initial meeting in December 2015, we hired Mr. Greuner as a our attorney to represent the estate of my mother and we paid a rather hefty fee to him. He has not filed for us to set up a court date. He is never in his office. His voicemail is full. He will not respond to emails. He returned one phone call in April and apologized and promised that he would contact the court and file for a court date. he never did. still no other word from him. it is now August. bye 5000.00 fee I paid him.
