Hired Attorney Mr. Ben Freudenberg

Mr. Freudenberg's office (Davis, Adams, Freudenberg, Day & Galli, Attorneys at Law) provided quality services in the area of Real Estate & Mortgage issues. I would recommend this attorney for clients in the local area. Fees were reasonable, and office staff very efficient.

Hired Attorney Mr. Ben Freudenberg

Thought he would help us out with our real estate issues over a shared well. He seemed interested at first but as soon as the people we had issues with filed bankruptcy, he told me to drop the case and I lost my house because of it. We had no water on the property due to a shared well easement issue that could have easily been taken care of. I feel that he was only in this for the money and when it didn't seem to be there, he was out of the picture.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
