ZERO COMMUNICATION The only communication will be to file for payments other than that you won’t even be notified that he lost your case. Expect, to have to literally call EVERYONE who works within city in an attempt to track him down in order to at the very LEAST receive a call back about how he is the one upset that now everyone knows he doesn’t do his job?! Never mind not even notifying or speaking to your client about court dates before or after?! I’d be really curious to see what was claimed when filed so promptly about getting payments when there has been little to no communication in about two years. Maybe a handful of telephone conversations, ZERO meetings, a rescheduled court date because you never notified your client about it so they were not there and then the ONE court appearance. Make sure you keep up on the iCourts updates. That will be the ONLY way you will find out that your case was closed. But unfortunately it won’t say exactly why or what happened and neither wilhe

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
