Hired Law Firm

After working as a Police Officer in MI for 8 yrs I gained employment as a Federal Police Officer. After working for just less than a year in two different states I was terminated. Glen Smith & Kevin Keenan took on my case after I was turned down by at least 10 other lawyers. After almost 3 years they won my job back as a Police Officer. If you want attorneys who care about you not just your money, that are fair & affordable You Can't Go wrong with Wheeler Upham! Don't settle for anything less.

Hired Law Firm

Glenn Smith was my attorney of record. I live in the a Detroit area and had a case against a federal entity. My case was taken by attorney Smith a day prior to appearance. Attorney Smith was able to strengthen my case and gain settlement. He communicated the elements that are alive and settled my case quickly. Extremely professional and brilliant.

I have the utmost respect for attorney Glenn L. Smith as a professional lawyer who will tell you exactly what the law states. He is above- board on all issues ,not only with the client,but in the courtroom as well.He is meticulous and accurate in his work.I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer to represent me in my lawsuit against the Postal Service.He won my discrimination lawsuit overwhelmingly.His work was always timely and concise.He is truly a professional.I would highly recommend him.

Small retainer pure contingency. Misled me on viablitlty of an ancillary lawsuit which I later won pro per. Abandoned me on main case when I questioned him. Later, the attonrey who took over the case testified that the Department of Justice had been deleteriouslyintervening on this court case. Smith never infomred abou this interventiion and was obviously catering to when he lied about the viablity of the first case.
