We did a power of attorney for both my parents a few years back. Everything was explained and set up to both my parents wishes. Recently my father passed away, so we went back into the office to make sure everything was still ok and a will was good my parents had written up a long time ago. He took his time with both myself and my mother. Listened, explained and looked everything over. He made us reassured everything was good.
While Justin could not represent me because I was too far for him to travel, he was very responsive to my online inquiry. We missed each others phone calls for several days and he did not forget about me and was quite responsive. He took the time to actually listen to my case, give me a strategy, listen to my concerns and answer my questions (without charging me a fee). I wish I could have had him assist with my case, but he sent me well on my way and I am even more confident in my ability so seek a divorce and ensure my children are safe.

A close relative recently passed away without leaving any instructions or directions regarding his affairs. Because I do not live in the area I wanted to consult someone local in case I needed to retain a legal team. After leaving a message I got a very prompt return call. During that call it was well explained to me that, given the relative's particular circumstances, that it wouldn't be necessary to retain a legal team. I was given direction on what I should do to wrap things up and was invited to call again if I had further questions. While I ended up not needing to hire legal representation in the end, I certainly would consider and suggest this firm to anyone who asked me for a strong recommendation. Prompt, courteous, caring and most definitely knowledgeable / good at explaining things in easy to understand terms.
