Hired Attorney

You may as well represent yourself. Stacy threatened to withdraw as my attorney if I didn't do things her way. She talks a big game but always backed down from the opposing parties attorney. She will not fight for you because "she already knows what the court is going to say". It seems like all I paid her for was to talk tough, back down and forward emails.

Hired Attorney

My families experiences with Stacy VanDyken was horrific and negatively impacted my children. My children even grew to dislike her and her arrogant attitude. She is a huge waste of time. Stacy started out strong once she got the financial agreement but failed miserable. Stacy was so disorganized and constantly late for court times yet choose to invoice me in the end for the time she was scheduled to be there. Stacy is not a parent and does not have the children’s best interest. DO NOT HIRE

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
