Attorney Reisinger, and his office manager, "Patti"; were extremely: caring, kind, polite, professional, knowledgeable, & efficient. They made a horrible thing to deal with; as seamless as possible.
Ralph is good at what he does, but his communications skills are lacking. In person, he is personable but comes across as gruff and impatient. Via email,his answers to difficult questions are too brief and seem to be intentionally vague almost to the point of meaninglessness, necessitating many back-and-forth exchanges in order for the answer to become even marginally clear to a layman. The more follow up you need, the more impatient and irritable his responses. Still, he got the job done for us
