Hired Attorney

Do not hire Nicholas Missad. He did my divorce and did not achieve the main objective we agreed on. He created chaos with the opposing attorney that didn't need to occur which prolonged the process and increased the charges. He also added a significant amount to my bill at the last minute and agreed to lower it but never did.

Hired Attorney

Even though I have absolutely no regrets in filing for divorce or for hiring Nick Missad the total amount I paid for representation and for ultimately zero resolution is crazy and absurd. Nothing was accomplished in three months. $12,000+ was what I paid for three months of sitting in hands. I paid high dollar for the name only (Nick did pass me on to his Partner Matt Bailey, to help minimize attorney fees).
