Hired Attorney

My son was attending GVSU when he got into trouble for possession of marijuana. We were very worried since he had previously never been in any trouble, and didn't want to see him end up with a criminal record. Attorney O'Hara was outstanding throughout the process. His price was competitive (fixed rate) communication was excellent. Every time my son had to face the judge, he gave him a full rehearsal of what questions to expect, etc. Highly recommended.

This is what good lawyering and a fair legal system is all about. Helping an outstanding young man get well deserved second chance. I am very proud of this client and the courage and responsibility he took for his life.

Hired Attorney

Mr. O'Hara did not communicate the process of the case to me at all and left me in the dark many times. He recommended me taking a plea and that plea was thrown out of court 9 months later and now I have to start over with a new attorney and more fees.

In criminal matters, not all clients accept responsibility for their part in the crime and they need someone to blame. Such is this case. This client hired a new attorney, went to trial, and was found guilty by a jury and is now in prison.
