In my experience, Fillipe Iorio did not adequately represent my husband's interests as his client. During the case, he failed to present crucial evidence that would have clearly demonstrated my husband's innocence. Instead of advocating for him, key evidence was withheld from the court and jury, which directly contributed to my husband's wrongful conviction. I believe this conduct did not meet the ethical standards expected of a defense attorney.
