Before joining the civil defense bar over 20 years ago, Dale Arndt formerly served as a Prehearing Attorney to the Michigan Court of Appeals and Federal Judicial Law Clerk to United States District Court Judge Robert Holmes Bell.
Mr. Arndt’s area of practice includes all areas of civil and insurance defense litigation and appeals, including auto negligence, insurance coverage disputes, first-party claims, products liability, employment, premises liability, professional malpractice, general business and workers' compensation. Mr. Arndt has received the highest peer review rating in legal abilities and ethical standards, AV Preeminent, as published by Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Arndt was selected as a Top Rated Lawyer in Insurance Law by American Lawyer Media and Martindale Hubbell, a Michigan Super Lawyer, a "10 Best Attorney" by AIOPIA and a "Nations Top One Percent" by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel.
Mr. Arndt serves as primary trial counsel in cases pending in State and Federal courts throughout the State of Michigan, and often provides presentations to insurance companies, businesses and litigation groups on the involved concepts effecting litigation, investigation and risk management.
He has been instrumental in developing many of the emerging trends impacting upon the defense of third and first-party no-fault litigation in the State of Michigan and previously authored a practitioner’s guide for outlining medical malpractice litigation procedures, "Medical Liability Reform under 1993 P.A. 78," Michigan Bar Journal, November, 1993, Volume 72, No. 11; also available on Westlaw database "Journals & Law Reviews."
