Hired Attorney

Mr. Hogan relied heavily on his legal assistant to get things prepared for him for court & to close out cases. When our case was over, he did not explain to us at all that we needed to contact taxing authorities to let them know we had filed in order to avoid garnishments on my social security income. I had to find this information out the hard way! Also our credit union tried to reach them for 6 mos. to get the paperwork to us so we could keep our leased van, which we ended losing due to that.

Hired Attorney

Terrible experience. Do not recommend at all. Lies and his assistant D is loud, extremely disrespectful and rude. Very unprofessional. Did not return my phone calls and took two years and a lot of money later. I had to find a different attorney and she got the job done immediately.
