Hired Attorney

This was in conjunction with the divorce of my daughter. She needed direction and advice and this was not given. It didn't seem like anything was accomplished except paper pushing and in the end he withdrew from the case 2 weeks before her final hearing therefore after spending thousands of dollars she went in with no representation and lost everything. It seems like so much money was expended and she ended up with no representation.

Hired Attorney

Looked for more ways to find a away to avoid ANY legal confrontation with the opposing counsel. In his last correspondence to me he indicated that, "We will be closing our file at this time since there appears to be nothing more that we can to do help."and, "It would APPEAR that you have no legal right that I'm AWARE of," however, as an attorney myself (not Barred in CO) I found plenty of legal arguments to bolster my case, nevertheless, he seemed to turn tail and run at the first opportunity.

Hired Attorney

incompetence, no meaningful communication, no transparency, over charge ..I oould go on and on but I doubt this note will stay up on the computer very long. Do not HIrE HIm. It was my only time we had to hire an attorney so I have no comparison. I'm sure they aren't all like that. My advice is be very cautious about hiring an attorney EVER. all they do is take your money
