Hired Attorney Robert Robbins

We wanted to create an estate. In about August of 2020 I left a message for Robert. I did not receive a call back until October. This should have been a clue. After about a half hour on the phone he asks that we email him the details of our estate. Which I did on October 19. We never heard back from him. I called several times and left 2 messages and did not get a response. In August of 2022 we figure this guy is out of business or dead so we go to another lawyer and in a couple of months have our estate completed. Sometime in December of 2022 I get a VM from Robbins. I don't see a need to call him back after 2 years of no contact. A few months later we receive a bill for nearly $500 for fees! Including $25 for a phone call. I email him and ask how he arrived at these charges. Again, no answer. Just another bill a couple of months later. I do not recommend this guy for anything that may be time sensitive.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
