A former Chair of the State Bar of Michigan Elder and Disability Rights Section and Past President of the Michigan chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Bob is recognized for his leadership in the legal community. Bob's academic foundation includes a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Michigan, and he earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law. A member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Genesee County Bar Association, he is also admitted to the U.S. District Federal Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Certified as a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation, Bob is the only elder law certification recognized by the American Bar Association. He is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.
