Lori Kaspar is a former criminal prosecutor with over eleven years of experience before starting her private practice. Her firm focuses on criminal law appellate drafting, criminal prosecution, CPS cases, and local government matters. She works with local prosecutors, serves as a special prosecutor, and drafts criminal and civil appellate documents. Additionally, she represents children and parents in CPS cases and advises businesses contracting with local governments.
Kaspar also teaches as an adjunct law professor at Texas A&M University School of Law, where she developed and instructs courses in Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing, as well as Criminal Law Drafting.
Before her legal career, she served as an assistant county and district attorney and was later elected county attorney for Hood County, Texas, where she handled hundreds of felony appeals and advocated for domestic violence victims. Prior to becoming an attorney, Kaspar was a public school teacher for over 25 years, inspiring students in Texas, Illinois, and Colorado.
