So grateful for Michael Sussman and associates. It’s hard to write a review for a man who doesn’t like to receive compliments but I think it’s necessary to write it anyway. From day one of inheritance of our case Michael Sussman seemed to see through to the end and to our success. He used law and fact to protect our civil rights that had been aggressively violated. This is the man you want on your side when fighting for what is right. His office was always welcoming to me as a mother of two young children. Regarding what people say about him not responding to emails I have to say that I learned that when anything was necessary to receive a response or if he had something to say then her would respond immediately.

Bragged about being friends with the federal judge assigned to my case.
Secured a conference with this judge on a holiday, lied to me that it was a settlement conference, when it was a conference to drop me as a client after I confronted him about his lies.
The federal docket was falsified to hide the existence of this conference, and my rights grossly violated by Mr. Sussman and the federal judge. He has a history of being charged with misconduct by the NY Bar Assoc.
