Rocco received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver College of Law, where he graduated in 1981 with academic honors. He founded Dodson and Associates, P.C. in January 1998. Prior to that he practiced for seventeen years with the Denver firm of Fairfield and Woods, P.C., including ten years as a director and shareholder. He also served as a director and shareholder with Rees & Dodson, P.C., for approximately one year. He is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and the Insurance Law List, and has received the highest rating ("AV") from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory for excellent legal ability and very high ethical standards.
He has over thirty years of experience in complex insurance, commercial, real estate, lending, construction and contract litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts, and before administrative hearing boards and private arbitrators.
