We needed a trust set up. Working with Melissa was great. She responded to our emails right away and our first meeting was a zoom at no cost. We than meet with all our info she had asked for and answered all our questions and was quoted a price. She sent us a first draft trust and we all went over it to make sure everything was correct. We met with our final drafts, all very neat in a binder and as we signed each page, we asked more question, and all was good from there. The price quoted was the same we paid and seemed very reasonable. Even after all the signing we needed a little help with setting up the house under the trust at the county office. Melissa knew a contact at the county and had everything move along smoothly.
Melissa meticulously drafted a Will and Trust for myself. She made the process simple and explained everything well. If needed, I will consult Melissa for future legalities.
