submitted by the parties and suspended Edward Dale Parrish (Attorney
Registration Number 11260) for one year and one day, all but five months
stayed upon the successful completion of a three-year period of probation, with
conditions, effective December 16, 2011. Parrish had sexual relations with a
client who was in recovery from drug addiction while he served as her attorney.
His misconduct constitutes grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant
to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.7(a)(2), 1.8(j), 1.16(a)(1), and 8.4(h).
Mr. Edward Dale Parrish has a lengthy discipline file with the Colorado Supreme Court for misconduct, act to harass, violations of rule of procedure, and other ethics violations. Copies can of the file can be seen on his Yelp account.
Dale Parrish is an absolute joke! He does not care about his clients he is a selfish, heartless moron. He’s in it for the money not one time caring about his clients. I hope everyone reads this so you don’t have to face what one of my dear friends have faced. Please pay someone else who will care about you and your family. I believe this man will fail in his career. Than he’ll realize how it is to lose!!!

Terrible Attorney. I would never refer nor use again. I could give several examples. It was a bad experience for me.
