I had sent him a concise list of the items that I wanted to have reviewed when I first contacted him. He did not review any of the emails that I sent him. When I entered into the zoom chat for Mediation he was clueless as to what I wanted to accomplish. After I referred to the email that I had sent him I went over the things I wanted to discuss he was immediately rude with me. He was dismissive of the things that I wanted to accomplish. I told him I didn't appreciate how he was talking to me. He let out a big sigh and began to lecture me about what his job is. I told him I understand the job of a mediator. He lectured more, I cut him off to move to more relevant topics to our mediation. I did not raise my voice at him. He said he would not be yelled at and he hung up on me. Please choose another mediation service.
