Hired Attorney

She was great, until she wasn't. She helped us through purchasing a home, from our parents, with a reverse mortgage. We hired her specifically for that reason cause we did not know how to approach. Seemed like she knew what she was doing and responsive, especially for payment. Once a problem arose, a document that was missed on her part, a high cost problem, we contacted her for help. Crickets. Didn't matter if we called or emailed, nothing. We would have to go in person to get her to do anything and nothing was solved.
