Gosling Law and Mediation Center is a law firm established in 1993 with an office in Goffstown, NH. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing family law, divorce, custody and 13 other areas of law.
Tammy was extremely patient and thorough through what ended up being a two year long guardianship. There were several hiccups along the way that Tammy responded to quickly and appropriately. She was extremely flexible with meeting times and places, allowing a difficult process to be that much easier on us as the client. She went above and beyond in the courtroom really standing up for us as her clients.
Divorce is a very emotional and stressful time for all parties and Tamblyn was always respectful, understanding and honest during this difficult time in my life. She never made me feel like I was a failure or did something wrong to cause this situation after 25 years of marriage
I don’t know about her work as an attorney, but if her work as a guardian ad litem is indicative of her ethics, stay far away from her. She is well known in legal circles to blindly side with mothers in a custody case, while pretending to be unbiased and advocate for the best interest of the child. I can tell you with absolute certainty, she does neither.
Was stuck with Tammy as a GAL. Nightmare. Careless. Greedy. Currently disbarred. Big surprise.
First meeting was great then after that it was a loss cause. 1st hearing she wasn’t prepared, won’t answer phone calls or emails. Basically took the money and then said “I’m not practicing law anymore” then proceeded to leave my whole case file with a insurance company which her ex husband dropped off! Nevermind the fact that i have mediation Friday 3 days away so not only leaving me high and dry but a 4 year old!
