We are so glad we found Kristine! We needed advice about transferring rental property out of a partnership and into LLC’s and the best way to have them transferred after something happened to one or both of us. She reviewed our wills added Beneficiary Deeds, and had us fill out a more detailed medical directive that was much more clear to our wishes.
