Hired Attorney

Brian represented us on our NY closing and it went smooth. He also work to get our mechanics lien removed. He was successful in getting it removed and our money back we had to put in escrow to close. Would recommend Brian.

This real estate closing was a rather difficult one, but through the process, everything worked out to the benefit of my Clients, who were happy to sell their home despite a mechanic's lien which I "bounced" with a motion to discharge on a technicality!
