On one occasion I was not notified of an upcoming hearing and therefore did not show up and the hearing had to be continued. It took almost 2 years to finally get a judgment on my case because of all of the continuances. Every time I would call Mr. Rose's office to speak with him about my case he was never available and he would very rarely return my calls. I contacted the State Bar to file a complaint against him for lack of communication.
