About Jason R. Oldenburg

Attorney Jason Oldenburg is a life-long Milwaukee resident and has made it his mission to help the injured and disabled people of Wisconsin. Mr. Oldenburg graduated summa cum laude from Winona State University in 2001 and earned his law degree from Marquette University in 2004, graduating cum laude. He maintains a statewide practice and exclusively represents injured and disabled individuals.

Attorney Oldenburg is a past president of the Wisconsin Association of Worker’s Compensation Attorneys and a proud member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer every year since 2013 and, prior to that, was named as a Rising Star. Attorney Oldenburg was selected for “Leading Lawyers” in the areas of Worker’s Compensation and Personal Injury from 2012 to present. He is a frequent presenter at continuing legal education seminars and has published several articles focusing on the areas of plaintiff’s personal injury and worker’s compensation. My neighbor suggested that I use Jason’s Firm. I thought my neighbor was exaggerating, on how good Jason preformed. Jason was was he described and some. His office kept me in the loop, answered all my questions. I felt he cared about me and not about a fee.
