I would be wary of an attorney who has nothing better to do than pursue frivolous lawsuits against people he never met.

Horrible! Lack of communication, hired for a legal malpractice case, which ironically, he committed himself. Unprepared, unconvincing in front of judge. Missed paperwork filing deadline and lied. Then he said that he stopped practicing and to find someone else. Just received letter that his firm went bankrupt.

Paul Gordon was hired because he sold himself as an ethical person. He proved to be the anthisis of ethical. Gordon took the case on a contingency with an agreement to front cost. Apparently Gordon did not have the funds to handle the case. He had no expert witnesses and had done none of the work necessary for the case and tried to force a settlement for nothing because he was not prepared.
