I have worked with Rich for over ten years and find him to be the utmost legal professional. He has a great legal mind and can take complex scenarios and break them down for anyone to understand. He is able to look at all angles of a problem or challenge and help health care leaders make solid decisions while understanding the possible ramifications. Being on the east coast with Rich in California, there has never been a meeting time he has not been able to accommodate despite the time zone difference. In my role at Penn Medicine, I often deal with our Chief General Counsel and rank Rich among our absolute best. I would recommend Rich and his firm to anyone who needs help or guidance with Health Care legal issues.
