The service I received did not match what was promised, and it lacked the personal attention and professionalism I expected from an experienced attorney. When I raised my concerns with Nareg directly, rather than addressing the issues or offering an apology, he responded by attacking me with irrelevant correspondence. This left me feeling dismissed and disrespected. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service this time around.
