(Brief Practice Biographical Sketch) Kent Lee graduated law school with honors, in the top 10% of class, having served on the Law Review Board as a 2-year associate editor. He began his practice of law in 1989 with the large Phoenix law firm of Gallagher and Kennedy PA. Since the early 1990's Mr. Lee has owned his own firm, except for a 5-year stint at the Attorney General's office, where he defended the Department of Transportation in high liability injury cases involving highway design and maintenance actions. (Practice Philosophy/Personality) At our firm a primary goal is to extend a personable and approachable office environment to our clients. We know our clients are generally experiencing substantial stress. Amid the legal issues in every case, we are sensitive to the emotional side of your legal experience. We know that success in a case is not entirely determined by the sounding of the gaval at the end of the case. As your attorney, we will balance all elements of your case and work toward a resolution that is fair and just for you. Our practice philosophy is simple: "Do one thing and do it very well." We have limited our practice to divorce and family law issues for many years. We believe that marriage and family are sacred. However, we recognize that life is not always fair, people are not perfect, and some marriages dissolve. When divorce is imminent, we help. We guide our clients through the quagmire of legal and procedural issues that is the Family Law arena. We also assist our clients in understanding the present and long-term effects of their decisions. We vigorously protect and assert the rights of our clients, while minimizing and preserving appropriate relationships, where possible. We enjoy serving the needs of families in Maricopa County, particularly the Northwest Valley. If you feel comfortable with our practice philosophy, we look forward to meeting and representing you in your divorce, paternity or other family law case.
