This was the worst lawyer I ever had in my entire life and I have hired dozens of lawyers in the past before. Mr. Finkler misguided me throughout the entire 1 year. He did everything in his power to get as much money from me as possible by extending the case out. He hired people without my consent and charged me for it. He constantly kept saying he gave me a discounted rate, but he booked time for the most trivial things to run up the bill. Quickly thereafter he became extremely rude and I’ve never seen a lawyer act this disrespectful. His plan was to misguide me and make me dependent on him under the impression that it was too late to get a new lawyer now. He used this tactic to get as much money as possible from me. Stay away from this lawyer if you can! He is absolutely terrible at his job. In my outcome, I would have been better off not not using this lawyer’s services rather than hiring him.
This lawyer was very rude, unresponsive and unwilling to cooperate on pretty much everything. He eventually demanded a larger sum of money than initially agreed upon despite not doing anything beside sabotaging the case. Never again.
