I would run for the hills before you hire this man. I am a Real Estate Broker and was hired by an Executor of an Estate to sell the last remaining asset. After listing the property, I reached out to an heir who is occupying the home to get her cooperation. Next this attorney calls me directly, even though the Executor and the Estate have their own attorney and tells me that I am acting illegally and that I have to remove the listing. Very arogant and a bully. He also said that my client was not the Executor. I have no patience for legal eagles that attempt to bully me. I had proof from the Surrogate Court that my client was in fact the Executor. In my opinion, by misstating the facts, going outside the proper legal channels he was not acting in his clients best interest. As usual, when you come across a professional with an AOL or MSN email address, they are usually way past their prime.
