Greg Scott, an associate attorney at Capitan Law, is based in the firm’s Pennsylvania offices in Philadelphia and Glen Mills. He focuses on disability claims; long-term disability (LTD), short-term disability (STD), and individual disability insurance (IDI) matters, including those under ERISA. With licenses to practice in Pennsylvania, Greg is strategically positioned near prominent insurance companies, enabling him to represent clients nationwide. Greg earned his Juris Doctorate from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2019 and a B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in Philosophy, from Drexel University in 2016. His dedication to advocating for disabled individuals was honed at a non-profit public advocacy firm during his academic years. Currently, Greg is the President of the Young Lawyers Section and a Board Director for the Berks County Bar Association for 2024. Recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2022, Greg also serves his community on the Board of Directors of the Boyer’s Junction Community Center. Born in Levittown, PA, Greg brings a blue-collar work ethic from his time spent working with his father. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors with his wife, reflecting his passion for advocacy and service.
